"All pinks are scams" is too strong of a statement, because that is not something that can be proved. But it is true that pinks are pink for a reason and the risk with trading them is massive, and that traders thinking they have found that one legit pink are often wrong. The low volume and market caps alone prove that there is not mega $$ being made in trading pinks (not on the scale of major exchanges at least)
When DDing a certain pink it is usually much easier to find evidence that it is a scam (Pumping) than it is to find evidence that it is legit. In the absence of current financials it is critical to consider whatever other information is out there, such as lawsuits and pumping patterns.
