You are correct. MJNA never owned Dixie Elixirs. Their subsidiary Red Dice Holdings, LLC did own the Brand and intellectual property of Dixie Elixirs and Edibles. Red Dice no longer own the IP to the THC products but retained ownership of the Dixie Botanicals CBD rich hemp oil products.
