Actually the close was at the ask so if it started at the bid we would have seen a big jump The volume is good and all at the ask

Actually, if taken for face value, I do feel the news is good. The question is, is it a fabrication or is it real? If it's real, then we have a time frame and we have demand and affiliations in place.
If it's not real, then who knows? That's why it's an undervalued penny stock - the potential is great, but so far, nothing's been proven.
