Financials are being compiled. Filings are being prepared. WEb site launch is scheduled Aug 1 st week. No sense issuing news that makes PPS pop huge and down again. We are arranging for support buyers so that this can get to a proper valuation of $550- $850 million dollars not $35 million as it currently shows. No one is in a rush to get this done hap haphazardly. Company has a business plan and a strategy that it is following. Hope this helps you.
