Not sure if anyone has looked into Sevcon's JV, but I did a little digging and found that Risenbo has their own website. (risenbo.com) Risenbo is primarily in the glass business and it looks as if auto safety glass is a big part of their business. So there could be some good connections here. The bold green highlihgted paragraph below mentions what I believe is the JV connection to Sevcon. This is from Risenbo's website (translated)...
