Share structure is problematic, not sure that they could legally tell us any more though. I think the audited Financials should clarify things.

The PR thing was blown way out of proportion, what I see is proof of a reputablw and profitable company, simplifile loving our service and negotiating a better deal with greater transaction volume!!

There was clearly a miscommunication of some kind between simplifile and myecheck but the new simplifile tweet resolved things, showing us that they are in good standing with each other and we have a high profile client!
