Most of those are 1yr targets. So they are predicting that in a year the PPS should be around the target they assign. However that target would be adjusted up if it is reached before the year or down if there is negative news. And at this point you might be better off with some straight whisky in your coffee. That's my cocktail this morning! After yesterday and the start we are having today I am even considering the whisky sans coffee! LOL
