Seems like there's an answer or some type of rationalization for every empty deal, over-promised but never delivered p/r, lavish compensation, and flat out failure that has happened with mmr, except for 1 - If everything is so great, why is the stock price so low?

Say, how many outsiders attended that SH meeting? I think we'd all like to know. Was the press there?
