I believe the CEO has stated that he owns a significant number of the o/s shares 50 mil if I remember right. So that leaves the float for us to play in. Might see the o/s increase for Reddy's shares but that will only be 7 mil. Ie.. 10% owner.

They have sold close to 6M in the float in the last month. I am not saying that is bad, as my assumption is that they are using the money to help ramp up production of all the frozen pizza's they will need to make soon.
