Of course there is a reason it was put out.
It was put out a month ago, But Schwab finally decided to release it. So therefore it is old news. Yes it is important, I agree. It just seems like the usual..... Let's put this out there again as NEW news to start all the negatives again. And yes...... We all are a little insane for even touching the penny stocks. GLTA! Stay strong MINEr's!
