I'm not making the link....only pointing out that Risko and his attorney made the link. They amended the suit to drop Schall and add Colon. The actual amendment would likely clarify why the name was changed and if Risko was led to believe they were the same person. He has apparently met Schall so it would be odd to change the suit to Colon unless there was evidence to suggest Colon was ether involved instead of Schall or was actually Schall.

Again I am not Risko nor his attorney so I can't say for sure. Just pointing out that Schall (the LEI IR guy) is no longer named in the suit but an SEC sanctioned/convicted individual named Daniel Colon is.
