Not sure I understand the basis of this observation, for TNIB. Are you saying Jack Brewer controls TNIB? How did you determine that TNIB Is going to be decimated by him? Just trying to understand the factual basis for this, as it relates to TNIB. Can you provide a DD link showing Jack Brewer's relationship to the company & the contract he has with the to dismantle the company? Thanks! :)

No and I never have. There is no link or citation where this phrase is used.

Never said it would be 'decimated'.... but a simple search of the 6 penny stocks he has been involved with in the last year show price loss to the PPS in 5 of the 6.

As far as the contract I would suggest emailing or calling IR and finding out why the company and it's management decide to withhold this from shareholders during the PR release link above.
