I know of at least 3 instances in which individuals have spent their own money doing just what Bronco suggested. Ask and so shall ye receive. Teco will do much worse in Texas courts, as will the teco enablers
And David Jakobot, Treaty's Operator for the Stockton claims he also has a lien on the Stockton and that he is owed $100,000 bucks. No wonder he wants nothing more to do with Treaty Energy...
Several of these contracts are sighed by Platon Petratos.
Since when are common investors allowed to sign contracts???
Heartland lien for $383,742.54 That would explain why their is no drilling or completion of the Stockton 3 going on. Treaty has been misleading investors AGAIN...
The veiled threat of Treaty producing any meaningful oil is comical as well. As lond as we are dreaming we may as well say Treaty will be producing 1000 bopd in 6 months. I actually believe Treaty has a better chance of being effectively shut down by the SEC than the 1000 bopd scenario. Remember how Treaty didn't go down to Belize to fail? Well they did fail. Remember how they weren't going to leave without the oil? Well they did leave. Not just Belize but most have left the company. How much is it costing Treaty to stay in business and where is the money coming from? How much money is it costing shareholders?
The petitioners won their case against Treaty on paying damages to Treaty. The judge laughed at Sean Douglas's made up evidence and tossed Treaty out of court. Treaty'slawyer looked like a dunce against Hallin's attorney. The same thing will happen with the SEC..You could not see it coming before and you still can't but the Fed Train has been and is still gathering steam. The only reason they have not filed imo is they have been waiting to see how Treaty falsifys the 10Q's and K's that are due. Since Treaty continues to ignore the fact these filings are overdue I expect the SEC to act soon. It should even be more fun than this latest episode.
