Consequently, as a result of the halt, which would have continued through a determination pursuant to the upcoming delisting hearing before a NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel, and discussions with the NASDAQ Staff about the likelihood of success at such upcoming hearing, the Company determined to voluntarily delist from NASDAQ and transfer to the over-the-counter market.
The company tried to stay listed for ten months and more. It didn't work. As it says, the Nasdaq let it know the upcoming hearing wouldn't work out in its favor.
And so it's now a Grey. As pointed out in the 6-K, it will now have a sponsoring MM file a Form 211 so it can get off the Greys.
