Why would Aquinas pay for the seismic when they have no interest in it??

Treaty claims they are responsible for the drilling expenses as the 100% WI holder would...

Treaty Energy will receive 80% of the net revenue from production, until initial investment payout, and then 70% of net revenues after payout of all costs.
