Lease is for 20 years and then Medient will pay $100 for the purchase of the board.

Building and land will belong to Medient, at least in 20 years the land will be theirs.

From what uninformed source did you hear that? That is just not true! MDNT has A 20 year lease, after that they pretty much own the land for what was it 100 dollar? And they have to find money themself they own the building. Period.

Also i am still waiting for an answer what "clearly fraudulent activity" the SEC has found according to you

Yes, but, without MDNT having funding to fulfill their obligations, it seems doubtful that it will occur. Unless Effingham County really screwed up in their haste to get a deal done. I just reread the agreement, they might have, even if, it is obvious that MDNT will never be able to fulfill their end of the deal in the end.
