Oh no not another baseless complaint to the SEC. I'm sure they are rolling their eyes every time they get one now. BWAHAHAHAHAHA. Where are all the actions taken against DPBE? Oh yeah there aren't any. Why? Because they are a pink sheet company that is operating within the rules that pink sheet companies are required to operate by. Which means not much. THe SEC is the only ones hat don't have much bite to their bark I promise.
