If you go to the OTC/pink sheets markets company info page http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BTCC/company-info you'll see that Charles Nienstedt is no longer Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of BTCC. He has been replaced by Richard Koenig as CEO. Koenig is reportedly in the theraputic shoe business. Looks like Charles and his Bitcoin dreams have "bit the dust" so to speak.
