HI NR at 50% of trial they saw 25 sets of examples. they know if B measures up to results in europe and canada. they wouldn't continue if they didn't have this in the bag. they would have to eventually explain such stupidity. imo

K is more mysterious. i am thinking the graphs for reduced serum markers and shrinkage increases is not going up paralell to the dose increases. not knowing anything abolut medicine i will make a guess anyway. the drug reacts differently on different types of tumors. since most trials are for few or one indication the drug shows different outcomes because it is being tested on many different types of tumors. henced the jagged graph for results has them all in a tizzy. dose escalating = positive results of some kind. r & r can't get here soon enough.
