The SEC is mostly bark and little bite. The DOJ on the other hand.

I agree, already lost my money to the dishonesty of Wilf Blum - might as well protect others.

Funny, the SEC steps-in and slaps a fine on Wilfey, and they keep the money (if ever received). Meanwhile, the shareholders who got screwed out of their hard earned money get nothing.
