297k for general and administrative. They do have to pay the lawyers and accountants. I would think.
The fiscal year ends July 31. That will list the yearly salary for both. Anybody want to bet it will not be more than 30k each?
Funny how some people keep calling this a scam. Why the hell don't they report it to the SEC. If it is that blatant a fraud, I am sure they (SEC) would be interested.
What good does it do to keep bitching here? To try and get people to sell. So they can get more cheapies. I am game for more cheapies. But they have to come up with something better than the scam theory. LOL

We get the share increase. Than we will get the loan. Than the RUN will happen. Who the hell is going to loan money (BIG MONEY)without collateral? I am not talking ASHER 20-45k bs loans.
