Well,, looks like it's happening--

Common shares now Par Share Count: 3,500,000.00 Par Share Value: 0.001
70 mil AS after a RS of one for 20 equals 3,500,000 shares

100 mil AS after a RS of one for 20 equals 5,000,000 shares
-Par Share Count: 5,000,000.00 Par Share Value: $ 0.01

I don't understand the Par value difference of .001 and .01,,,does anyone have a handle on this???

Just love the way we get PRs that tell us shareholders what's going on---
