I would like to agree but:

1. Filing correct financial statements is not a promise, it is a requirement.

and

2. The beginning stages of an enterprise leads to the future potential. Nothing that has gone on in the past here, whether good or bad, has led me to believe anything but it's abysmally doomed to failure.
