Net-Man......yes, its difficult to summarize answers to general questions on an email response. Add to that the fact that you can follow up with further questions via a phone call.
I use email for the "paper" trail and also to allow the recipient to respond at his or her leisure. Others who are phone people can call and ask their questions. Maybe someone who hasn't done any DD in the years they've on this board?
