HA! I stand by JV, Asset Sale or one of several options that may be available to the company but I don't know what they are because Naomi didn't specify. I stand by all of that and I'm confident we'll hear something before the Q2 fins.

But don't put the RS talk on me. BAA doesn't even have a 400M A/S. The only way a R/S would happen is in conjunction with a JV or some type of M&A action and even there BAA doesn't meet the spec of a company anywhere close to doing an R/S. It would not happen with an Asset Sale.

I would go so far as to say that after the JV or Asset Sale or one of several options that may be available to the company but I don't know what they are because Naomi didn't specify is carried out (whew...taking a breath) then BAA is much more likely to do a share buyback than any type of R/S or A/S expansion. Not to mention we would need to vote on one of the later two and good luck getting all those institutions (many who are bondholders) to vote to dilute their shares!
