I just checked my order from Amazon earlier in the year and while it does say level 5 if u go to the product page from your order the company name shown is coffee boost.

I'd post a pic however it's 2 am and I'm on mobile and that's a pain and number two anyone who's ordered it before can follow how I checked and verify themself. GN
