This is quite interesting and also makes a lot of sense...partly explains the company's mysterious silence and behavior...

this makes sense...and maybe this is the reason, why we hear nothing from the company >> maybe they are waiting with the PR until they get approval "to be listed on any U.S. Exchange"...
