Reduce the A/S?? Have you even read the filings? Look at their convertible debt. Then look at their preferred shares. The preferreds convert into 750 mil shares, albeit down the line a bit. Still the A/S has to cover all this. First step is to make actual net income. They haven't proven this yet. Next step buyout that toxic financing(convertible debt). A/S reduction is a pipe dream at this point. No idea why people keep saying it.
