CTIX will not go for a PH3 for B by themselves. Other hobbies are calling your name, bro.

Dr J
I agree with your reasoning - I wrote the same yesterday

My only hope is - with ph 2b results and K results coming in short span PPS will go to 4 and Leo could make secondary offering around that price by issuin 10 to 20 million shares and not 50 million

Optimistic scenario - big pharma deal

So where do you get this magical 50 million dollar figure from for a Phase 3? The FDA/government wants faster approvals for antibiotics. We may get BTD or get approval for a smaller, quicker Phase 3 trial. Look at the Dalvance Single dose 3B trial is only a 8 month, 410 enrollment trial.
http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02127970?term=Dalvance&rank=1
The Dalvance phase 3 trial was only a 573 patient enrollment. After this Phase 3 they got FDA approval.
http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT01339091?term=Dalvance&rank=4

So, I do not see a Phase 3 being that costly.
With that being said, there is a good chance Leo gets a partnership, and our partner pays for the Phase 3.
