With all your DD, can you please tell me just where DPBE exists as a legal entity today. Utah and Nevada both show the company in default and corporate status expired. No officers and no registered agent. Rhetorically, does FINRA/SEC allow shares to continue trading when there no longer exist a legal corporate entity.

I have a few million shares, just want to know where the company still exists and who is running it, and who will take possession of any treasure division. Sounds like you have some answers.

SHAREHOLDERS like myself acknowledge this company is NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAM run by a lying thieving crook named wilf blum.

We acknowledge this fact and accept lone responsibility for buying into said scam. We will posts the FACTS about this pile of crap in an effort to inform those less knowledgeable about what this pile of garbage company is all about and who all are involved.

The money spent on this worthless pile of crap deep blue marine is gone for good and who cares, like minded shareholders know things like honesty integrity and ethics are more important than a friggin dollar.

We want to see the SEC halt the trading of such piles of crap as dpbe.

We want to see that any sentences fines and sanctions are strictly enforced.
