Serenity, I believe Eric's silence tells it all. When posters have made comments in the past he didn't agree with or like he would often put out a blog about it but this time it's dead silence. He knows he can't defend his actions and that the shareholders won't buy it anyway. I think he is extremely worried about what a certain poster here might say and could do him even more damage. It took about 5 years but his gig is up.
