Right after the close on July 18th, the CEO added an update to his web-site.

- July 18, 2014
- We have executed three different LOI's. (Letter of Intent)
- These JV companies will all be spun-off (Joint Venture)
- as separate publicly quoted companies.
- Some will be dual listed in Europe to start
- and some will also list in Asia.

* Producing Silver mines
* Global distribution of Medical Marijuana constituents,
(these are non-psychotropic products)
* Dry goods from China for North & South American markets.
