A much better solution to our problems of overregulation would be to remove the authority for those agencies to develop regulations and have all such rules and regs passed by congress. Instead, congress delegates the authority to make laws to them. Make no mistake. Rules and regulations developed by the EPA and other such bureaucracies are LAW.
