very well - in regards to the site issues:

We are at the tail end of a massive development effort that will be released
the end of July/beginning of August. A large part of this was refactoring
the pages and video player to improve the speed of loading. We expect to
see improved times. Also, we are doing this to handle increased volumes,
most of which is causing these issues now.
