Yeah that really really sucks... It is a six month converted period so this project right now definitely has its b to the wall. If National Standard funds and I definitely think they will then those shares will not be piped back into the stock. If they do get piped back in easily drop this to cent or below.
Once again everything is teetering on the edge of National Standard.
