The game changing news was probably Toys R Us (i.e.: the news Benny said we "wouldn't see coming."). And It IS game changing news. We know there are big media deals on the horizon involving movies, tv, digital downloads, games.

They wanted to drop this 10Q before Comic-Con obviously. And there really isn't anything in it that I can find so far that's unknown. One interesting thing is the additional info on revenue sources.

Obviously printing "free comic books" is expensive :-P
