STXG follows ARCA an ECN used for dilution. They want nothing more to cover (buy) at lowest possible asking price.... STXG can follow with ECN to cover in dilution... Notice how you use to see huge blocks of buy volume entering into STXG... It's short covering (buying) back positions...

ARCA is completely off the grid here the ECN used for diluting...

Haven't seen any dilution as of yet today... If tomorrow we see the same set of MMs on board with STXG holding over .20 this would signal and end of dilution (at these levels)

I'm suspicious that there are others too... But ALAS, we shall see when the numbers come out again... but VOL IS really LOW...
