This is the problem with penny stocks

HJoe needed the pps to be in the teens before they convertibles became shares.

The lower the pps the more shares lenders get and the lower they drive the price. It is
a built in short.

I trust veal. But, they definitely need to bring in a big league backer on way more favorable terms
I think that will happen after the soft launches demonstrate how good a product this is.

Investors like you and me though have a bonus in that the company/upper management owns
70million shares. They too cannot have their shares diluted and worthless.

I look for good things in the near term as management needs to protect their investment as well.
