Yes it is my opinion that it is a bad investment but also based on the fact if you invested in the past 5 years you've lost money whereas if you had invested elsewhere more than likely you made money. Of course the dividend payment story has been going on for years, that and the short story, yet the company doesn't seem to be concerned with either one. Now, with the latest shareholder vote, was there one single vote more than the outstanding shares?? was there one indication of too many shares?? NSS?? was there any problem whatsoever with accountability of shares?? No?? so a dividend would not prove anything and would only keep money out of the R&D budget. What do you base your opinion that a dividend is coming??
