I took a quick look and printed out the June 30, 2014 Quarterly Interim Report. I do not know how it can be legal to do a massive reverse split and then put back a couple 100 million more shares on the books. I'm not sure if what he did is legal. The thing with Penny Stocks the SEC does not seem to give a dame about the small investor. They help the rich so we need to be doing something else to Stop this. Look on Page 10 for he even states it might not be true !!
