Did you not read between the lines from yesterday's Press Release?

"The Company's recently announced new corporate website is still in development by Equisolve. The Company delayed the initial launch so as to time its "going live" with the completion of a secondary website dedicated to its cannabis dispensary product. Both sites will be live in the very near future."

They addressed why the sites are late, and it was just like we speculated. They aren't just buying a $150 web template, everything is being built from scratch. And did you not see
"completion of a secondary website dedicated to its cannabis dispensary product" meaning we can't launch the site until we finalize the merger, what else can a cannabis dispensary product mean?

All IMO of course :)
