These are still the first

Round of convertibles . These first couple deals have been rather bad as they got the
Shares for a cent or less.

Depends how low they want to take it or how many they want to sell.

I can not for the life of me see why these companies give out so many shares for 50,000 and 25,000
Dollar loans. These companies /lenders make 5x their initial investment.

We can withstand a round or two of these,but it is imperitive this company get the pps up before
additional financial terms/agreements or shareholders will be in big trouble.

I trust management. They must get revenues up and fast to get better terms and a much higher pps.
If not, lenders will get many more shares than the market can digest.

I have faith in veal but he must leverage the product and potential big returns for way better
terms.
