It never works out precisely, in terms of the mathematical breakdowns (especially in the very beginning), but they provide a credible starting point to calculate potential.
We know for example, that Silver Hart is capable of 5,000 GPT Silver, based upon a couple of bulk samples of around 200 tons each if memory serves. They were paid in advance too, so somebody obviously had some faith in it.
I remember hearing of .5 ounce per ton Gold assays out of Bishop, with significant tungsten by product too, so if they can move the tonnage, it should be a target. Even if the actual only amounts to .25 ounce per ton, that's still a very rich ore.
Maybe if the tungsten turns out to be marketable, they can cut you a deal on that bridge of yours!
