Us old timers here have been aware of that for a long time and don't have a problem with that.

Plenty of startups that went onto becoming household names had hmble beginnings out of homes , garages and dorms.

For the work they are supposed to be doing, they don't need office space and warehouses. Residential space is enough.

Think facebook, Microsoft, apple, Microsoft.

My problem with them has been the use of money raised by sale of the stock and their management skills or should I say their obvious lack of such skills!!
