Yup. Can look at it two ways. Bottom barrel pricing, or leaky boat. Just trying to have chips in play with a few that appear to stand the best chance, and visibility to benefit off impending loosening of MJ. Most are just casino plays that are at the mercy of market manipulators. Trying to see which have the plan, infrastructure and feet in the mud to run when the gate opens. Financially they all seem suspect, but that's the reality of being publicly traded. private investment has no visibility. What else is there to judge.
