And I don't think it's a bad thing to provide alternative views on our own investments. I've made many investment mistakes and this is one of them. I welcome folks to look at the negatives and read the filings. I certainly don't want peeps to lose money but encourage them to read deeply into what's actually going on here.

I agree, alternative views which look at the negatives from the filings and other DD are (and should be) completely welcomed IMO.
What's not welcome is people just shouting "THIS IS A POS SCAM" based solely on the PPS not doing what they want that particular day.

Not really, as restricted shares will be issued , meaning no way they can hit the float before they become unrestricted .

These shares will be added to the OS , meaning effective dilution , but no dump on the bid to be scared about there .
