Anyone who owns Preferred E shares, including me, who is out of the one year lockout period can convert to common shares - your statement "I believe nobody was able to convert the PS-E to common shares yet! Otherwise it must be "no bid at all" long time ago..." is incorrect. Why in the heck would we convert now when the stock is at .0001 and our series E preferred shares are anti dilutive.

ARNH Management needs to negotiate with series E holders if they really want to increase shareholder value for common shares. I alone could flood the market with 50m common shares but why do it now - it doesn't make sense to do it now. Wait until the company gets its act together and then when the stock inches up boom - the market gets flooded with shares for sale - this is why the company should be addressing series e common holders.
