Morning is correct. there is no Bid/Ask on the Greys. You can however buy and sell like any other stock on the greys but in most cases you have to call your broker to make the transaction.

I just bought on Ameritrade and the fees were 9.99. I tried to place the same order with Schwab and it showed a fee of 58.95

To find the bid and ask on TD ameritrade all you have to do is put in a buy order. It will then tell you the total cost of the transaction and the actual bid and ask at the time you placed the order.
