They had to be filed with the SEC so they will be there forever. I mean if you look at the site I mentioned...as of last week the proposed sales were sitting there and now they are gone. I researched a little why those may have been removed and Form 144 is for the sales of shares that may be restricted. If they decide not to sell them and have held them until the restriction is removed (1year) I believe...they can sell them on Form 4. I don't see any Form 4's for either Guest or Ali since last week.
