Short sales of MJNA are insignificant

MJNA has 950M outstanding shares. The June 30, 2014 short interest of less than 1.5M shares (0.16% of OS) is insignificant.

My broker, TD Ameritrade, doesn't allow the shorting of OTC stocks, but I know that there are those that do.
